Parents are required to supply all necessary items to ensure their child’s comfort and care throughout the day. This includes diapers, wipes, extra clothing for any spills or accidents, and any specific items your child may need, such as a favorite toy or comfort object. Additionally, a blanket for nap time must be provided; this blanket will be sent home at the end of each week for washing and should be returned on Monday to maintain cleanliness and comfort during rest periods.
To maintain a consistent and smooth routine for all children, we ask that parents adhere to the agreed-upon drop-off and pick-up times. Punctuality helps your child settle into the daily schedule more easily and allows our staff to manage their time effectively. It is also important to keep our staff informed of any changes in your child’s health, routine, or emergency contact information. Whether there are new dietary needs, medications, or shifts in sleep patterns, having up-to-date information ensures that our team can provide the highest level of care and respond promptly to any needs that may arise.
We highly encourage parents to actively participate in scheduled parent-teacher meetings and center events. These opportunities are vital for discussing your child’s progress, addressing any concerns, and setting goals for their development. Center events, such as family days or cultural celebrations, help build a strong community and allow your child to see their family engaged in their educational journey. Your involvement not only benefits your child but also enhances the overall atmosphere of our childcare center, making it a more inclusive and supportive environment for everyone.
